Ordered a sympathy arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home. I thought it was odd that no time for delivery was requested while ordering. Services were 10-1 today. Flowers were not delivered! Reached out to customer service and they said I didn't put a time and they would deliver now. It's too late. Not only is there no drop down menu for time choices but there is no special instructions box to type into! Terrible company. I will pay more to order from a local and reputable company next time. (Not that the arrangement was cheap to begin with).
Flowers arrived 1 week late! ONE WEEK! Why as us to select a date if you can't meet the date? Why not communicate to the customer that it will be late? Nothing from them. Found out from recipient they got it a week later! It was actually for a special occasion on THAT day. Unreal. Then they reimburse me shipping only and only after I complained. The delivery date is just as important as the flowers. I am shocked by the lack of communication to allow me to use another vendor or communicate to the recipient. They said nothing but charged me like delivery was made. Stick with 1800 flowers.

Florist.com not only billed me a price over than I purchased but never delivered the flowers. Still waiting after three days.
They do not deserve 1 star! do not use them. I ordered Pretty Petals for my mother for Mother's day........... the flowers were old/dead and looked nothing like the picture. Worst EVER
HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT USE!!!! They never delivered my flowers and then put an expiration of like 2wks on my gift card they gave me!!!!

I purchased a bouquet and paid for a bouquet, florist designed, to be sent to a friend in the hospital on the same day as purchase. Two days later, my friend was discharged from the hospital, late in the evening, and still had not received her bouquet. I emailed florists.com several times regarding the flowers and they kept saying it was going to be delivered. Once I emailed them and stated she had been released without ever receiving the bouquet, I never received a response back. They never refunded my money either. THEY ARE CROOKS / THIEVES! They may have STOLE my $73 this time; but, never again. Be careful. Don't let them rob you too!
If I could rate this company, florists.com, which is the also 1-800-flowers.com, a zero I would. This company is terrible. I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Friday to a hospital patient. On Saturday, when the patient was discharged, I found out that the flowers were never delivered. Nobody from the florist.com sent me an update. I called the help desk and after a while on the phone, was told that the delivery van was involved in an accident, so didn't deliver the flowers. That the flowers would be delivered to the recipients home on Monday. When the flowers didn't show up on Monday, I called the help desk on Tuesday. Once again, I was left waiting several times, then they came back and said that they couldn't reach the florist so I needed to give them at least another 24 hours. I told them that I wanted to cancel the order since it was already 4 days late. They wouldn't cancel the order and kept insisting that I needed to wait at least another 24 hours. After a while, I ended the call and reached out to American Express to dispute and cancell the charge, which was put through 4 days earlier. The AmEx agent told me that they get dispute with these florist companies all the time. In the future, I will only deal with a local florist directly. These .com floral companies are horrible and unreliable.
I recently left a review because I was completely dissatisfied with the service that I got I am revising another review for the customer service at florist.com not the florist itself because not only did florist.com refund my money but they also gave me an extra credit to use again and they sent a brand new bouquet and replace of the one that they messed up so I have to give the customer service at florist.com a good review and I'm satisfied with that process I will probably use floors.com again simply because of the customer service that I received.
Paid $90 to have a bouquet delivered on Valentine’s Day. It looked like a $7.99 grocery store purchase. So disappointed- will never order from here again.
Extremely disappointed in two bouquets I ordered for my cousins' birthday. The bouquets looked nothing like the beautiful, full bouquets that I ordered. It's an embarrassment and a rip off.
I ordered through this company because Rakuten offered a discount. Bad move!! The delivery date came and went with no flowers delivered. I called the 800 number and got 1-800-flowers! They had no record of my order. I called another number. This time the recording said (and this was 4 days before Valentine's Day!), we are not taking any orders over the phone. Ok. So I do not think three is a business called florists.com. DO NOT ORDER FORM THEM.
My order was originally placed on a Tuesday for next day delivery. At the end of Wednesday the flowers were still not delivered. I emailed customer service and they said they would look into it. By Friday morning the flowers were still not delivered and there was no response from customer service. I called them and spoke to a very pleasant woman, who said the local florist did not confirm the order and florists.com switched to a different company. The refunded my delivery fees and assured me the flowers would be delivered that same day. They were not. And not the next day. Or the next. Or the next. I emailed them again asking for them to be delivered asap or give me a full refund. They threw in the towel and issued a refund, earning them a dumpster fire of a review from me.
I spent $57.00 for a bouquet that should have been as pictured on their web page and not the kind I could have purchased at Walmart for $4.97 that would have looked better. I was pissed when I got a look at what they had the nerve to send to my Sister on her Birthday not to mention how bad it may have made me look. I have now learned that I should have seen the reviews before I ordered from this joke of a florist and wont make the same mistake again and will do all I can to make sure others dont use them either.

A scam I believe. They didn't deliver ever and didn't refund the money, embarassing for me since it was for mothers day.

They have an email address where they do write back and promise to correct the fact that flowers were not delivered (this was not the case). They have a 1800 # with a 45 minute wait who also make promises of deliveries that never happened. When I requested a refund, they pushed back asking for a 4th chance to deliver the flowers. I had to call my bank to fight them on goods not received. Awful experience. Please don't use them.

IMPOSSIBLE! I couldn't find a phone number for them and when I emailed them to find out what was going on with my order in the beginning they responded with a lot of "faulty" information. When I finally decided that it was time for a refund (no flowers were ever received), they blocked my email! I had to go through my bank to stop payment! HUGE HEADACHE AND HEARTACHE!
